- 1:00–5:00 PM — Turn-in boxes available (Judging Tent)
- 5:00 PM — Mandatory Cooks Meeting
Saturday — September 27, 2025
- 11:00 AM–3:00 PM — Sanctioned Judging (closed to the public)
- 6:00 PM — Awards Ceremony
Note under schedule: Detailed Saturday turn-in windows will be given at the cooks meeting.

Rules & Logistics
Competition Rules & Turn-In
- Pick up turn-in boxes Friday, 1–5 PM at Judging tent.
- Mandatory Cooks Meeting: 5:00 PM Friday. Absence may result in disqualification.
- Saturday 11 AM–1 PM judging is closed to the public.
- Category turn-in windows are posted at the cooks meeting.
Site & Services
- Standard team footprint 20 × 40; premium upgrade available.
- Trash service add-on includes can placement and servicing.
- Private portable restroom can be placed within your footprint (fee applies)
- Ice via prepaid card or on-site purchase.
